Paging Services (K) Ltd took over from the ailing Kenya Posts & Telecommunications Paging division which wasn't offering satisfactory solutions to its clients.

It started with a clientele base of only 100 subscribers. Paging Services (K) Ltd has undergone tremendous change coupled with growth since its inception five years ago.

It started off with the out mode voice and tone pagers (inherited from KP&TC) in Nairobi. It then graduated to the latest pagers in the market, the alphanumeric (text and numbers) popularly known as Motorola Advisors, Motorola Memo Express and Motorola Wordline.

Paging Services (K) Ltd has opened four more operating bases (branches) besides Nairobi namely Mombasa, Eldoret, Kisumu, Nakuru and Nyeri. These bases offer Paging Services 24 hours round the clock, 365 days a year.
