Hi Silvio

Just to say thank you for your immediate attention in sorting out the problem. I was at work when Peter arrived so did not have the opportunity to meet him but my husband said that he spent a considerable amount of time replacing the damaged tiles and I'm sure he would have filled you in on the details.

Once again our sincere thanks for such a wonderful job done.
